I can't find anything on that model, but reviews of other ViviCams have suggested that it is a case of "you get what you pay for" -- in particular, the flash probably won't be up to much so the quality of pictures taken indoors in dim lighting conditions is likely to be poor. But for a starter camera for a 6yo taking pictures outside in sunlight (or what passes for it in the UK) you'll probably get your £30 worth.

I've heard Bad Things about the image quality from the ELC camera (and it's much more expensive).

We just got that one for DD's 9th birthday. She loves it! It's quite simple to use. Takes 28 pics on low resolution using internal memory, but obviously lots more if you put in a seperare memory card. Also does video and can zoom etc. It was the cheapest we found so if someone comes on thisthread and sayd they've found one cheaper then

Lemonaid - you're right about the flash - although my more expensive Pentax digital also has a crap flash!
