OMG................... my hair straighteners are broken!!!!!!!!

Without them my hair is a frizzy mess. Can anyone recommend some fairly good ones for about £30. I would love some GHD's but really couldn't stretch to that.

Seriously need to wear a cap for the next few days

try this website - they do ones similar to GHD's for a fraction of the price. I have these and they are brilliant.

The ones on the link are £50 but if you select electrical from the top menu and then straightners and tongs the ones I have is the one that says

Hair Tools, Thermo Ceremic Straightners - they are £29.99 and EVERY bit as good as GHD's!!!!!

blossomhill, i sympathise, don't know what i'd do if mine broke... i could join the hair bear bunch!!
Fancied ghd's but my hairdresser recommended some remington ones out the argos catalogue. They are just as good but much less likely to break apparently. I've been really pleased with them, Remington 3x I think?? About £35

I can second sweetheart's recommendation of Hairtools, they're fine. I have seen adverts for ones that work on wet hair, and I am sorely tempted to try them, so if anyone has any experience I'd be glad to hear it (sorry for hijacking, blossomhill, but it might be useful info for you too )

I have some Toni & Guy ones that u could have.
Nothing wrong with them, cost £30 & only used a few times b4 my husband bought me some expensive ones 4 a present.
