Non resident parked in resident car park

I live in a block of flats near a Couple of small care companies, who's workers consistantly park in our car park, to the point where residents are struggling to find parking spaces. Their own parking space contains multiple cars (one of them with its front ripped off after an accident) which take over the foot path and block the entrance to the beginning of the lane. It's very difficult to not scrape the side of your car on the wall on the other side of the lane when driving past. Does anybody know of anything which can be done about these two issues?

Presumably you've spoken to the managers of the companies? What was their response?

Can you form a neighbourhood group with the other residents and use your combined strength to petition the companys using the residents spaces? It might be worth a chat to your local Citizens Advice Bureau or council.

Can you and the other residents just block the non residents' cars in? A bit of inconvenience in getting their car out after a day at work will soon put them off parking there.

Or install bollards.

Penguin bollards obviously 🐧
