fuck fuck fuckety fuck fuck--

I have headache now from looking at stupid bloody tandem pushchairs.

Thought we'd got it sorted and we'd seen an American one called a Contours Tandem, going to get it sent over most likely by the lovely nannyk.

Turns out this morning that the sodding thing wont fit in our boot thanks to Jaguars fecking crap shallow boots.

So to plan B which was to get the Graco Quattro Duo.

Guess what, that doesnt fit either!

We havent got Jane or Icandy pear cash to splash out on and I hate the Phil and Teds thing.

So someone please save me from this pit of despair that I am in atm.

DH has even started looking at new cars!!!!

See thats the thing.

Its either get a cheapy one which I think are crap or you have to get your wallet out, go bankrupt and buy and top of the range one.

Even then the Jane isnt all that exciting is it.

Nbg · 23/09/2007 16:26

Megge, I had a Koorie for ds but I felt as though he was never comfortable in it and I felt like I was gasping for breath wearing it

It was a pouch one made of fleece

Just slipped over my head and one arm.

I quite fancy just getting a load of fabric and doing it myself but I'd be crapping myself that it would be too flimsy!

Ahh the powertwin we know doesnt fit because of the footplate.
The Twintwo just fits but like I said, it has to go in diagonally and with the wheels off.

Really dont like that one bb.

The ebay one? tbh I only looked at how it folded up.

Nbg · 23/09/2007 17:17

have you seen the combi caterpillar. They have it in Motercare. Looks like a lighter version of the graco and has 6 sets of wheels.
I've never had one but it looks ok.

dizzymac · 23/09/2007 17:21

Mothercare!!!!

Paulatwinmum · 23/09/2007 17:30

i have a tandem i am going to sell at the NCT sale but you are more than welcome to have a look if you are local. i am in Solihull. its years old but in really good condition - hardly used

i have also had my fair share of pushchairs (it used to be shoes until i have kids lol).

Without sounding snobby, I really dont want a second hand pushchair.

Would like a new one with warranty and all that kind of stuff.

Have looked at the Caterpiller. Thats definatley a runner up.
