Ready Steady Cook Popcorn Machine

Is awful.
My little boy is sick at the moment, been vomiting, has no energy left. I sat him at the table with the machine, thought it would relax him and calm him down a bit. The popcorn takes about three days to make so it gave me some time to hoover.
The machine kindly gave my sons energy back by shooting out read hot popcorn seeds down his pyjama short legs and sticking to the end of his penis.
it is the biggest load of crap i have ever purchased

Oh god! that is awful. Who makes the thing? Is it a bbc product? - You've got to write to them and complain loudly. Or - if it is BBC, and I should think it is, you could write to the Radio Times letters page and tell them about the crap merchandise being put out for children. Hope he's ok, poor kid!

There is a ready steady cook web site (go to BBC homepage and do search) They have message boards - put it on there? or there is a contact us click on BBc site - e-mail them? They must licence the products musn't they?

and tell them you've put it on here - they must know about mumsnet. FF - Germolene has got a local anaesthetic in it. don't know if it would be too strong though.

Hope that he's OK
Needs a letter of complaint definitely.
Can you mention the fact that the other stuff they sell is shite too! Don't buy it mumsnetters!! ( That's the marshmallow maker and the smoothie maker - although thankfully no accidents such as yours so far).
