Worcester Bosch MT10RF heating panel, driving me mad!

Ive recently moved in to a rented property which has a MT10RF control for the heating (picture below) I can’t seem to work out how to set it or find a straightforward instruction manual online.

Does any one have the same and could tell me how to work it please?! I'd just like to be able to put the heating on as and when I need to rather than have it on a set timer. Thanks in advance!

Dont think you can have it just on or off. If you set the pins to be on at certain times during the day and then turn the temperature right down it wont heat until you turn the thermostat back up when you need it to be warmer.
