Yorkiegirl, looks like there will be a fight over you! If you would like JJ(or any of the others!) to do it, that's fine as she is there earlier then me. If not just post here and I'll e-mail you. Usually there is no problem using a UK based credit card, you just need to put your regular billing address and then choose "ship to a different address"
