We are trying to decide on a new (second hand!) car. DD is 9mths old, we have just found out that no.2 is on its way, sooner than planned, in 9 months, we have 2 insane beagles and will now have a double buggy, all to be transported to the park every day. I'd really rather avoid a van! But need something bigger than current 3 dr toyota corolla (sob!- love my wee car). Anyone any ideas??

Hi juliejoo, IMO depends on the dogs! I changed my car when I had ds, we too had a very active border collie who travelled well, but liked to watch where she was going IYKWIM. A renault scenic was on my shortlist, but the boot, although a good size, is deep and she wouldn't have been able to see out - ended up with a honda, very reliable but a little more expensive than the renault.
