I laughed when I saw this but actually, it's not a bad idea at all! I don't know if it's in production yet but I think it will be. Basically it's a child's bottom sized pad that you put where you want, set the appropriate time on it, but it will beep if the child gets up off it before the allotted time! We never had a suitable 'naughty' place in that everywhere was either too isolated of too 'fun' such as a bedroom, so we chose the laundry but a naughty pad wherever you want it to be does sound like a good idea for some families!
