I normally drive a corsa, thinking of getting a smart car. Any advice, views, experience from any smart car owners. Pros and cons? Thank you.

ForTwo or ForFour?

Had one as a garage loan car once and it was really hard on my back. Also saw aftermath of accident involving smart car and Hgv, not much of smart car left.

Oh ffs, an accident between a Range Rover and an HGV would probably end the same. When you hit a 44tn truck, whether your car is 1tn or 2.5tn doesn't really matter.

I had one as a hire car for work for a week. I loved it and was sad to return it. The fuel efficiency didn't seem as good as I was expecting though.

Don't. For less money you could get a "proper" car, like a Hyundai i10 or a Citroen C1, which is only slightly bigger but has 4 seats and 5 doors.

Plus the FourTwo comes with a truly dreadful automatic gearbox. It's jerky and ruins the car.

I looked into getting one, general consensus seemed to parts were extremely expensive due to their unusual size including basic things like tyres.
