It's my 16YO DS's birthday in early June and he would love a paddle board to give him something to do in the summer if lockdown doesn't ease up in time.
We live on the coast and there are always a lot of paddle boarders in the sea on nice days, so it seems to be allowed by the police traversing up and down the promenade. My son is also a very strong swimmer.
Boards vary a lot in price and while we don't want to spend a fortune, we'd like to buy something of reasonable quality, so I wondered if anyone could recommend a board suitable for a 16YO (athletic) beginner.
