Walker for tall baby

Hoping for some recommendations!

My 6months 1 week old son is currently 78cm/31in tall. He’s desperate to be on the move although obviously can’t yet so I’d like to buy a walker for him to use. I know they’re not recommended as a good idea but a few minutes each day just to keep him entertained would be great!

I borrowed my nephews old walker just to try him in it which he loved but his legs are bent underneath him and he’s far too tall for it, it’s a chad valley walker and was on the highest setting.

Can anyone in a similar situation recommend a product for me? I’ve had a look online but details on max heights doesn’t seem to be published and the few I’ve seen recommended for taller babies are only available in the US. I’m in the UK.

Thanks!

Hi my baby exceeds 12kg too. I’ve just bought an eastsun baby walker from Amazon. It has a 20kg weight limit and he can just teach the floor on the lowest setting-so room to grow!
There was another walker made by “Fascol” which sounded good from the blurb and reviews but the delivery time was over a month so I opted for the eastsun which arrived the next day. Hope this helps!

You do know why they’re not recommended yeah? Not just because people want to be spoil sports, but because they are specifically a hindrance to normal and healthy development of the muscles needs for actually walking?
But hey, if it buys you some peace bash on. Who cares about your baby’s musculoskeletal development 😬
