babyden

We've just got a babyden for dd. However, although she can sit up unaided she's still liable to topple over, and I'm worried about her hitting her head on the floor. Our floors are wooden and the padded mat isn't very thick. Would it be safe to put her playnest in the babyden? I don't think that she would use it to climb out as she can't stand but I was wondering whether she could get caught between the playnest and the bars. I hope that someone can advise me. Thanks is advance!

We don't have a playpen, but put dd (8mos) in a box! Its a plastic storage box, and is just the right size for dd to sit in without being able to fall sideways
