Random but what are some good cheap pillows that don't go flat in a week? Help please

Before memory foam pillows were a thing i had two different pillows ( at dif times ) one was a piece of foam , the type you can get for filling cushions cut up into random small bits about half / 1 inch bits.
the other was polystyrene beads , the type that you would fill a bean bag with.
Both can be stuffed inti a pillowcase and sewn up easily .
The foam was was comfy but a bit lumpy ( I left the bits too big though ) the poly' one was very comfy and supported my neck well but it took a while to get use to the squeaking that it made,
Each one only cost me about £5 and I had enough filling left to top them both up a couple of times so even if you decide you dont like them its not a big loss £s wise
