Latest Which carseat report and difference between Britax Duo Plus Isofix and Explorer Isofix?

Does anyone have a copy of the latest Which carseat report?

And does anyone know the difference between the Britax Duo Plus Isofix and Britax Explorer Isofix? Is the Expplorer replacing the Duo Plus (guy in Mothercare said this)? In which case does that mean that the Isofix standard with the foot (on the Explorer) is replacing the one with the top tether (as on the Duo Plus)?

Does anyone know the difference between these two Isofix methods and which is most likely to be compatible with more cars?

I don't have the report but I doubt it is replacing it

I would think top tethers are safer as the seat then has additional anchorage points
The foot thing just gives extra stability.
