V lightweight travel cot - anyone have LittleLife Arc-2 or Bush Baby Nestegg??

We're planning on going camping in the next couple of weeks (weather permitting ) and struggled to fit everything in car last year, never mind this year with additional baby, cot/bed/some kind of sleeping set up and the rest of the associated baby paraphernalia.

So wondering about whether to buy a really lightweight travel cot like the arc-2 or nestegg. Anyone have either of these? DS is 6mths so too big for the little Samsonite pop-up cot.

What about the big Samsonite pop up cot, the one that goes to 18 months? I think it's brilliant, very light and easy to put up.

Thx for reply. I read a couple of reviews that said that little ones could tip it over once they could roll around? Has this ever happen with yours?

we have the arc-2 and find it brilliant. really light and small folded up- also very easy to put up/dismantle

We have the samsonite and it is great, really easy to put up and down.

Never tipped over although I suppose it would be possible if they were being a bit rowdy. Don't see how it could happen from just rolling over though.

No, it hasn't tipped over, but he is only 8 months. Having said that he is very mobile and can pull himself up if he wants to.

MDS - what is the mattress like in the arc-2? Am thinking of getting the nomad but the arc-2 is half the price.. is it foam? Is it a decent thickness?
