MATTEL recall

Just thought I'd remind you about the recall on some of the Mattel stuff. If you're thinking of not bothering because its too much like hard work, it isn't! I went on the website 3 weeks ago, sent for a recall pack, which includes a prepaid lable, and this morning I got my replacement products. How quick is that? I did think we'd have to wait weeks, so impressed.

That's good to know. I posted DD's stuff off about 10 days ago, no replacements yet.

I posted about 10 days ago too - nothing here either.

Another friend had over £200 of stuff to go back (spoilt children!) and she spoke to the customer service manager who was very understanding, since there's not £200 worth of replacements. They sent her some vouchers instead of replacements, so don't be put off if you've got loads. They are keen to keep their good name I think!
