wicker or leather chairs?

we need to buy some new chairs for our eating area and i am not sure whether to go for wicker or leather. i have a 2 year old and 7 month old. any advice pros cons for people that hve these. thank you very much!

I would say leather - it's easier to keep clean. Kids with wicker..not a good idea.. they will eventually start pulling at it and you will end up with 'threads' of wicker all over!!

and you will probably get all sorts of mashed food over/in th wicker and it will be awful to clean. leather= quick wipe with a cloth!
