it looks awful, sorry. The baby is dangling by the crotch instead of being supported in a seat like this

It looks pretty bad for the babies hips I think.

pinkspottywellies - like Project says, that sling looks very uncomfortable for the baby and for you, really pulling at your shoulders. It looks like it would knacker your back.

A ring sling would be better such as the Maya Wrap. More expensive, but worth it.
