On Monday I had a full service & MOT (passed after some work to suspension arm) at a local garage which i have been going to for a few years. Today whilst driving the car was making of a racket and when i stopped can see the exhaust hanging down - i dont know yet if exhaust broke or if its just the fittings but should this have been noticed during the service? Dont want to call them implying that if Im wrong but the full service element says they would have checked over the exhaust. Thanks in advance

The rubbers which hold the exhaust perish, and brackets often snap, they rust from the inside so can look fine but suddenly fail, give them a call and explain its making a noise, easily missed as you can't check everything
