C3 Air Cross or C4??

I had my car stolen last week and need a new car ASAP. I'm still waiting for the insurance company to give me a price on my stolen one and I can't make a set decision until I know that figure but I have been looking around.

I really like the C3 Aircross but whilst looking at these I saw a C4 Cactus and really like it. I'm not sure if it's a bit big for what I need though.

I have 2 DC aged 4 and 9 and the car is mainly used to get the kids to school and me to work and back. DH has a company car so we generally use his on a weekend.

What would you choose?

My Kia ceed sportswagon was written off last week and im picking up my C4 tomorrow. Ive down sized as dont have a buggy and dogs anymore, i have 3dc age 4, 5 and 11. The C4 is a nice compromise, not an estate but not too compact like the C3. (used to own one years ago)

Personally I'd go for the C4; I've always rather liked that sort of utilitarian chic that the Cactus has.

As your kids get bigger it might be useful to have a bit more back seat and boot room, too.

Thank you both. I've finally got a figure from the insurance so will probably be the C4. Just got to wait for the payout now, goodness knows how long that will take.
