You need some "Spanx" - as recommended by Gwyneth (and worn by the princess on occasion....). Harvey Nichols do them but I'm sure other places do too, do a google. They are SOOPER

Spanx are defnitely better than Magic Knickers. I bough some MKs after hearing about them from Trinny and Susannah and they made me look great when I was standing up but when I sat down the waistband rolled down and I looked just as lumpy and was very uncomfortable. Spanx are a bit more forgiving but still look great when sitting though I guess it all depends on what you're trying to conceal. For me, it's my tummy. I have a big roll under my ribs and a jelly belly underneath. Jelly belly was tamed with MKs but the roll was just as bad.

I did see a spandex corset type thing at M&S that I'm tempted to try. It was smooth so no lacing or anything. That paired with some Magic Knicks would probably just about hold everything in place.

Ooohh deffo Spanx.com - they do stuff for preggers ladies - not sure what it is supposed to do other than cut off circulation and ones for brides that are see through frommid thing and ones that go from under boobs to mid calf - but where does it all go??
