Is there such a thing as a wool baby sleeping bag/ gro bag thingie?

just starting using the grobag we have but its too small really so been looking for another. Would like an organic one but the price! Was just thinking about my wool nappy wraps and how fab they are and it occurrred to me that a wool sleeping bag would be gorgeous - just like being wrapped up in blankets.

Just wondered if anyone made one?

never heard of a wool one. they are always cotton so they are breathable...
i am sure you could find second hand ones cheaper.

wool does sound cosy though

Would think it was too hot for babies?

Katherine - just did a Google and found these:

Huggababy

which look very cosy!

Good grief - they're pricey!!

I saw a lovely fleecy one a few weeks ago but it was in a boutiquey little shop, not a chain. Was very tempted but was £40.

ohh the huggababy ones are gorgeous aren't they. so pricey though. Can't really stretch to that amount. Will definielty keep looking out for others though now I know they do exist. I suppose they must take quite a bit of work to make.

Wool is the perfect fabric for a sleeping bag. Its totally breathable unlike synthetic materials. I love the grobag ones but they do have polyester between the layers and I'd rather have something natural.

Thanks for finding that one for me.

Ohh better get googling.....
