Bertini or Emmaljunga with toddler seats? Advice/recommendations please.

I am debating to get one of these two pushchairs because of the toddler seat option but need some advice from people in the know!
Can the one in the back sit up properly when the toddler seat is on or does that part have to be flat when it's on??
Any recommendations gratefullt received! Thanks.

I have an Emmaljunga with toddler seat,they are great.
Yes the one in back can sit up properly or lie down flat with toddler seat on.
I have never had a problem with mine at all and seat can face you or away from you.
