What's the prettiest CAKE STAND you've seen?

Not tiered - for a single cake - mainly birthdays and mainly childrens, but something that might double up for the odd adult birthday would be nice

I have a lovely old pressed glass one something like this that was my grandma's - more vintage ones heregood if only used for dds

I love that blooming marvelous one - I may order that.

I saw a nice cream one with bright spots. It was in jojomanbebe or great little trading I think.

I have a thing about cake stands.

lakeland had some good ones for kids parties but when I calleed in at the weekend they didn;t do them anymore

I've fallen for the Blooming Marvellous one. Can't afford this sort of indulgence but it's soooooo lovely.

i have a thing for cakestands too twinset.

I also like the blooming marvelous one but slightly concerned that I may also be interested in those banana guards.

what do you think happens if your banana is not quite that shape. I know my bananas can vary quite alot

I've got some of those cases, they're quite large toomany so all bananas have fit so far ...

I love my portmeirion cake stand. It may look plain because it is white, but it is so elegant and eye catching. Beautiful design, and shows off all cakes well!
