Tamum · 27/08/2007 19:26

Yes, exactly the same. Only much cheaper

Excellent - going in a few weeks time and want to stock up on some Christmas presents. Thanks.

We got some at Easter and they were at least 50% cheaper, so it's a really good idea to get some as presents!

Clementine1 · 27/08/2007 22:06

Thats what I like to hear!

UK systems use PAL versions, US use NTSC versions. Just check the packaging before you buy. I got caught out recently on ebay .

Tamum · 27/08/2007 22:58

Really sarahlou? The ones we bought there work just fine, I thought PAL and so on only referred to things you view on TV screens. Sorry if I've misled you then Clementine. The ones we bought and looked at were the same, but it sounds as though there's more to it than that.

barbamama · 27/08/2007 23:02

that's only for TV ones - handheld should be fine I believe.

Tamum · 27/08/2007 23:05

Hmm, that's what I thought- maybe there's a mix-up between Wii and DS? I was just asnwering about DS games.
