Had a complete nightmare with GLTC (Great Little Trading Company)last year. Most of my order placed in early November (mainly Christmas presents), didn't arrive until mid January. In the end I got a refund, but even this took some doing.
I was particularly pissed off because I had gone to some trouble to order early for Christmas (was going to be heavily pregnant by this point). They kept promising the order was en route, until finally they agreed that it had got lost (and we only live 5 miles from the dispatch point!). Only problem was that this was mid December, when it was almost too late to buy new things for presents.
However, I understand from a very contrite letter they sent out earlier this year that they have changed their warehouse and distribution from a place in Farnborough to one in Northants.
Has anyone had experience of using them recently? I do like their stuff, and would like to place another order (particularly as several items seem to be only stocked by them) but cannot face the hassle I had last year.
