Has anyone experienced leaking breast, particularly at night? Any product recommendations would be great.

You need some breast pads. You can get disposable ones or reusable. I find the reusable ones much more comfy.

Hi, I am currently using breast pads but I tend to find they move around, particularly at night and as a result I am soaked with milk, its just not a nice feeling.

I used sports bras. Only the cheap ones from supermarkets or h and m, etc. I found maternity bras a pain. My babies always dribbled or I leaked on the flap bit as it was underneath. So it would be soaking. And ithere was no where holding In the pad as everything is open. Also fiddling with the catch in the middle of the night was a real pain. Where as the sports bras I could hike up and just readjust my pad when finished. I'm quite small so you might need a better quality sports bra if you have more to support but definitely better than maternity bras.

Thanks for the advice babyfg. My bust is rather big 32F but I will try that. I feel there really nothing out there in terms of bra pad support.

Do you need to sleep in a bra? I just used to sleep on a doubled up towel when I was at that stage.

A nursing bra that secures a pad would be great! Particularly in social situations.

Yes, definitely need to sleep in a bra during early stages otherwise I leak like mad.

I have enormous boobs when BF. I used the stick on breast pads for daytime but of course that doesn't help if your boobs move in the bra during sleep. The breast pads with the shaped nipple section worked better but again not always secure at night.

During a particularly leaky phase I would fold a newborn nappy inside out and shove it inside my bra for sleep. Worked brilliantly.

Toupe tape is good for securing breast pads to bras.
