dd1 is 3 soon, we really want to get her a dolls house, something she'll get lots of enjoyment from for a long time. Have looked at the ELC Rosebud cottage and a few on Greatlittle trading ones but its hard to know which one to go for. Has anyone had the ELC one? Any feedback or ideas for where else to look. Thanks in advance x

Blooming Marvellous has a lovely selection which fits elc accessories perfectly
look here

DD loves the ELC Rosebud one. We bought it last Xmas. The room sets all sold out really quickly and they didn't get any more in for ages which really peed me off. Spend £80 on house with no furniture GRRR! Looking at the website the room sets are back in stock now.

Thanks...that was quick!

Yes the ELC one has everything in stock, was thinking of us getting the house and asking grandparents to buy a room set....but the blooming marvellous ones look really beautiful too....couldn't get the other link to work but will investigate!

Thankyou...what a lucky girl dd1 is, think i'll be playing with it more than her....

Sorry not much good at links but look at the address - it is absolutely stunning - thinking of getting dd1 for Christmas.

yelnats · 24/08/2007 22:38

this one

UCM · 24/08/2007 22:39

Oooooooooooo I would love a dolls house, DD would not be allowed within the same room of course

yelnats · 24/08/2007 22:39

Ha - first time I ever got a link to work!

quint · 24/08/2007 22:41

DD1 got the marlborough one for her birthday and christmas last year (turned 3 in Jan)

DD2 also plays with it (11months) and so far is standing up to the abuse it receives! Also looks quite nice whilst out on show and easy to keep tidy

MummyDarlingSausage · 24/08/2007 22:56

The marlborough is made by pintoy who make very durable toys - my dd's preschool has another house made by pintoy and it is all in one piece

thankyou for all the links, I have printed off some info and will discuss with dh....I do love shopping for my dds! night x
