Has anyone seen this buggy? Looks similar to a bugaboo bee but I like it better. I was wondering if anyone knows when it is coming out and how much it is? Thanks

mustsleep · 13/05/2008 13:48

did you get this nappyaddict am thinking about getting ne but can not seem to find out if you can recline the seat when it is rearfacing

if you got it do you like it? it's just so much cheaper than the bugaboo bee!!

mustsleep · 13/05/2008 14:49

any any one

really cannot decide what to do at all and can not get to see either in the flesh, might just go for the streety just cos of the price diff

Eponyme · 13/05/2008 19:04

I bit the bullet and bought one, used it once, decided to sell it, then decided to keep it! Its really nice, light and so easy to fold, yes it reclines to flat in either direction (its not one handed recline like they suggest though!) The best bit is how small it folds up! If you've ever pushed a Loola then it handles very similarly when pushing. Any other questions? I'd be happy to answer!

mustsleep · 13/05/2008 19:07

can you push it with one hand

is it truelly a one hand fold, i couldn't do the loola one handed

do you think you could put a buggyboard on it?

thanks have ordered one hope i like it!!

Eponyme · 13/05/2008 20:59

Ooh hope you like it! Yes you can push one handed if you put your hand right in the middle.
I think you could use a board, haven't tried it yet, as when my eldest gets tired, she stands on the little step that you use to unfold it with and she hold onto the bumper bar!

mustsleep · 14/05/2008 09:58

thanks can;t wait till it comes now!!

will order a buggy board and see we have a zia that it might work on and if not i can always sell it

mustsleep · 15/05/2008 14:02

well it came i love it, although i kind of got the impression that it folded with the seat rearfacing and it does not buti suppose i can get over that

on the website it says it's 6 kg chassis and the seat is 2.6 kg

is about the same as the zapp except you can pull it along and has handles to pick it up by

the carseat is much lighter than the m and p one i had

mustsleep · 15/05/2008 14:27

ooh and the underseat basket is huge compared to what i'm used to and you can actually get to it!!

the footmuff is ok too a little plain but will do for a spare ... have ordered a lovely fleecy blue one

luurrvvve it

Yes, I was a bit mis-sold on the rearward facing fold thing too, Mustsleep, but I still love it! I do fold it up rearwards I must admit, but the seat unit sticks out rather!

mustsleep · 16/05/2008 09:32

ooh howdo you get it to fold, i have actually tried thought that the instructions must be wrong but i could only get it to go down a little as the footrest got stuck on the chassis

i suppose i could fold it a little as i do normally get a taxibut the drivers are rather unhelpful and will just dump all your stuff on the pavement, but if it was already attached that would be manageable

i am defo keeping it though as the rest is great

Eponyme · 16/05/2008 11:37

Well, I make sure its reclined fully, then this enables you to pull up the footrest a little bit, just enough to pull it past the folding handle then tuck your hand underneath it to pull it up. It becomes a bit looser and easier to do after a few goes. The seat part does stick out quite a lot though, I will warn you, but you could deffo get it into a taxi like that!

mustsleep · 16/05/2008 19:34

ooh am going to go and have a go right now, thanks
