For his school uniform. I've looked in all the obvious places. I think.
Plain/not too covered in logos please.

I can't help but I can believe it! it drives me round teh bend - had the same thing with plain navy shorts. It sounds so unlikely but I swear nowhere had them. Have you tried the supermarkets - Asda, Tesco? I always forget there, as my usual supermarket doesnt do clothes

I had this problem. Found some in Adams but only on the 3rd attempt. You can buy them from Adams online too.

funnypeculiar · 21/08/2007 13:14

done Tesco, JS, M&S - no Asda locally...

I bought grey tracksuit bottoms (plain) in Mothercare and Boots Mini Mode last year.

MrsBadger · 21/08/2007 13:24

Adams?
normally I recommend leisure wearhouse but their only grey ones start at 5-6.American Apparel have some that might do too.

OhNo40 · 21/08/2007 13:28

have you tried one of those big sports shops like JJB sports or Sports Soccer where everything is always 30-70%, allegedly? The type you find in 'shopping villages'?
