Can't do it!!

lay it down, kick the two front wheels out, then hold the two white buttons on the handle upwards and raise the handle bar.

thewheels arent on yet so its a bit awkward

I've got rid of mine, but don't you have to press in the button at the same time as pulling up the white things?
And you've got to make sure it's absolutely flat on the floor or you won't get anywhere.
