was looking at this chart on the grobag web site
www.gro-group.co.uk/sizes-togs-and-what-to-wear/

as I cant decide btw a 1 and 2.5 tog one. Its odd they haven't said you could use a vest and sleepsuit with a 1 tog one at lower temps.

Also I only have one long sleeved body suit and don't want to buy more as the bag is expensive anyway.

I am totally paranoid about room temps and number of layers!

We had 1 tog only as the house is hot, In coldest winter he had a vest & grobag sleepsuit and in the summer just a short sleeved vest & nappy.

I'm sure 1 tog will be warm enough for autumn, you could go with that then get a 2.5 tog one if you need it for a cold snap during winter?

Also if you are looking for a cheaper alternative to Grobags, I have just bought some from these people on recommendation from other MNers.

thanks for that

my house is warm too so I wondered if people had made do with a 1 tog one in the winter

that site looks good, so much cheaper thanks
