The best garden playhouse????

We are moving from a flat with no garden to a place with a garden. Although we have not chosen the place yet. we have a couple in mind and they all have gardens mostly without grass (which is what we prefer).

Anyway, one of the things my boys want is a playhouse. It has been a long time since I had a garden so I am not sure what to get.

My youngest is three and would probably love a little tikes plastic one. But my eldest i s 6 and I think this is too babyish for him.

We won't have enough space for one of those massive wooden ones that looks like a shed - it needs to be much smaller than that.

Any recommendations would be gratefully received!

Try outdoortoysdirect.com

We got a fab 2 storey one last year that isnt massive.

dd1 (3.4) loves it and Im sure dd2 (6months will too)

We bought one from here which DD loves. DH and DSS put it up fairly easily between them and it is not huge.

Thanks for the link, but that is not quite what I was looking for! Something much smaller and for less than £200!
