Boot big enough for Labrador and Pram

Hi everyone.

As the title suggests, I'm looking for a new car that will fit my large Labrador and a pram comfortably in the boot. I currently have a Mini and we use my husbands 1 Series when we take the dog out. But I'm going to need a car that can house both in the boot - baby is due in March.

Any suggestions? I was hoping the likes of a Qashqai would be big enough but Googling would suggest not.

I think your only option from my research is an estate! Depends on your buggy though, mine was huge and filled about 70% of the boot, and my mum's spaniel just about squeezed next to to, or sat in the footwell at the front!

We have a golf estate, Skoda also do a good one though which is pretty much identical.

We have a mondeo estate. Fits our lab collie cross and a buggy no problems. Not all estates have as much boot space as you might expect so worth looking around at some examples. Some of the ones we saw had quite a sloping roof that wouldn't be suitable for the dog.
