hlmsdog, this was discussed earlier under

Products: Lightweight buggy for tall mum

(Sorry, can't do links!)

There were a few helpful suggestions.

best we found was one by Silvercross (buggy style, not old fashioned pram) it was stocked by John Lewis in Feb but seams to have dissapeared recently

We have the Britax Classicale Sports Chassis Pushchair and the handle can either be really low or really high. Dh is 6ft2 and doesn't use it on anything like it's highest setting, so can imagine it would be perfect for someone even taller. I'm 5ft nothing and find it equally good. The pram is amazing - can face forwards or backwards, enormous wire basket, amazing suspension (don't get the pram with the practicale chassis - it's useless and doesn't have an extendable handle). The only thing is that you need a fairly big car boot to accommodate it's wonderfulness! Good luck.

For a buggy (rather than heavy duty 3-in-1 thingy) we bought Mothercare CitiLite with adjustable handle. Me (5ft 9), Dh (6ft 4) and mother-in-law (5ft 2) all find it very comfortable and easy to adjust.
