John lewis do a good range of children's duvet covers,I think they do a plain pink and white gingham one.The white company? What kind of colours and styles do you like?

If she wants "character" (like Barbie, Groovy Chick, etc), like my son did, they are in Argos. But are made of hideous poly-cotton mix which made him sweat so then I went and soend another £40 on pure cotton Designers Guild one from local department store.

Other, more reasonably priced cotton duvet sets can be bought from www.boden.co.uk and www.aspace.co.uk (sorry can't do links), as well as The White Company (although I've had a nightmare time with them not delivering things they;ve charged me for)

Vertbaudet have some gorgeous ones at the mo and they have 20% off everything in their home catalogue.

Try here

The 20% banner seems to have disappeared - sorry!

Are you anywhere near Ikea - I got my 2 year old a lovely soft cotton one with hedgehogs on it. I liked it because it was so soft. Wasn't expensive

Another vote for Ikea, my dd has a lovely soft cotton one with dragonflies on it that she loves. I can't remember how much it cost but it wasn't hugely expensive.
