Where can I find a reasonable price raincoat?

Looking for a raincoat preferably from an online store for between £5 - £20 for a 2 yr old. I need it to be quite big as I would like the option of being able to put it on over the top of her winter coat!

Any idea's?

Does it definitely have to be online?

I got DD a plastic mac for £2.50 (yes, honest, that little). I was passing B Wise in the summer and there was one in the window. For that price I couldn't not buy it!
