Where can I buy a nice lampshade?

Title says it all really. Have a beautiful lamp given to me by my deceased father, so sentimental attachment is quite strong. The lampshade is about 15 years old, and is starting to shred. I looked for a replacement shade in Peter Jones today, and the stock/selection was minimal. Where else should I look? Are there specialist shops? Don't want to spend a scary amount of money, but am willing to spend enough to get something very nice. BTW, I'm in central London.
