I would be so grateful for any help you can give with choosing a car. I currently have a Ford Focus which I absolutely love but can no longer drive as I have chronic pain resulting from pelvic nerve damage - it’s a sporty version and the seats are so buckety that I even struggle as a passenger if I’m in there for more than 15 mins. We’ve made the decision to change it so here’s the requirements:
Fairly high MPV/SUV ish type car- really can’t cope with anything low now
Seats need to be quite flat, no bucket seats or too much of a tip backwards
Must be an automatic as I can no longer use my left leg to change gear
Decent sized boot to accommodate a pram
Reliable and under 70,000 miles
Would also like something you can plug an aux cable into and a reasonable interior spec but not crucial.
Budget is around £6,000 but preferably a bit less than that. Hopefully I’m not looking for the holy grail!! All help gratefully received
