sure everyone must have an opinion on such a hot topic, please don't turn this into a heated debate or a massive row!!!
OK, I just need some wellies, as walking Mr Puppy in the wet grass is destroying my good shoes: have seen some cute patterned ones, but think I might end up looking like a twat in them, so should I go classic green or be daring?

patterned absolutely no question

crunchie · 22/09/2004 09:24

Go for it, I have pink sparkly ones that match my dd's

Patterned. Dh tells me that green rubber biodegrades much faster than other colours so you now have a thrifty reason to indulge. Vas-y!

I've just bought some multi coloured spotty ones from ASDA and they are gorgeuos!! I had to ring up a few times as they keep selling out but they are lovely and were £10.

wow, consensus on MN???? am still not sure about patterned though.....
now also wondering about another problem: jeans tucked in the wellies or out but rolled up a bit?

I have seen lovely young girls wearing them with their mini skirts.

Frenchgirl · 22/09/2004 09:37

I wouldn't look lovely in a miniskirt anymore, sadly Lou.....

patterned & tucked in. new look have some nice ones. oooh, i am tempted despite no dog!

lou33 · 22/09/2004 09:39

Tucked in or rolled up would be ok then FG. Am sure you would look fine in a mini though.

Frenchgirl · 22/09/2004 09:46

lou I love you but you're too kind

so patterned then, not a single vote for classic green? might be persuaded then, but will need dd to choose them for me then.
