I recently had to buy a small suitcase for my daughters residential so I went to Primark where I got one for £25
Later on that evening my daughter came running in heartbroken saying I can't go on the residential because my suitcase doesn't work, I went to go see and saw that one side of the suitcase didn't have the zip, it was completely sealed. I then noticed on the back of the label it showed a reduced sticker saying 'missing inside zip'. I didn't notice this before as nothing was mentioned about the discount at the tills and I was in a terrible rush so didn't check the back of the label, the suitcase as I said was £25 but it was £2.50 off.
I had to cut the side open because it was too late to go out and change it.
I think if only half the suitcase it able to put stuff in then it should've been half price and my daughter was in bits at the trip because when she went to unpack everything had fallen out the side and was all messy
Primark have said they can't refund or exchange reduced items
