Had anyone got one of these? Or even seen one in the flesh? I can't find a local stockist so would need to buy one on the net. I have very severe back problems and find the car seat a complete nightmare (to the extent I often won't go out or accost strangers to help!). But I've seen this advertised and thought it might be a good idea? But obviously am loathe to spend that amount of money if it's not as good as it seems. Be grateful for any reviews/feedback. Thanks!

Thought I would bump this for you as I want to know if it would fit a 1999 Audi A8 and a 2000 A4.

I have seen it in the Tesco Direct catalogue and I presume they would be better about taking it back than an independent stockist.

Bump - does anyone know of stockists in Norfolk or Suffolk who have this so I could try it in my car?

I am hopefully going to see one next week in Kings Lynn, so will let you know what I think.

saw one in john lewis in bristol last week- looks like it does what it's supposed to..... I assuem it hasn't been 'which' safety tested yet as they are very new but their other seats seem to do quite well. Only thing is it looks quite heavy so once in car it wouldn't be goign anywhere (but then I thought the same of all the group 1 car seats...)

I saw one of these in Toys R Us at the weeknd. Seem really good idea but very expensive. Think it would help if you have a bad back though.
