dont know about the buggy tray but have found these for you:

Pushchair cup holder

Insulated bottle/cup holder

I think this is the one you want but I can't find anywhere that stocks it any more.
This is only available in the US as far as I can see and will only fit buggies with bumper bars.

If you need a buggy tray that will fit any chair or buggy, have a look at Trabasack.

It was designed by a mum, comes in two shapes and two surfaces. A PVC easy wipe surface or a 'connect' surface you can stick toys/dvd players/games consoles to with velcro tape.
