How did they send it? Can you not ask them to chase it an re-send it or whatever. Very poor service. No wonder you're saying they're sh*t.
I highly reccommend HMV, ordered 2 DVD's one Saturday evening and they turned yup first class post Monday morning - The DVD's were literally half price, compared to other sites and they only charged my £1.50 postage, what a bargain!
