I want to dismantle an ELC wooden toddle truck to put it back in its box - but the wheels are foxing me. They're held on with push-on stud things (pushed on to the end of a metal rod) that were a nightmare to get on. We've tried levering them off with a palette knife, but it seems more likely to damage the soft wood of the wheels than to actually prise the stud off.
Anyone got any suggestions?
