Odd sized photo frame needed - 3"x4"

Why do school photos always come in odd sizes? And does anybody know where I can get a frame for 3"x4" portrait photo? Actually ideally I'd like one of those hinged double ones as there are pictures of two boys, but anything to fit would be a good start.

large boots stores have lots of odd sized frames and i've always been able to find the right one.

Get a bigger one and cut a mount to fit the photo.
