Did anyone return sale stuff to Boden?

I returned some sale stuff to Boden 9 days ago and they have said that they still haven't received it. Anyone else had same problem?

no, but i have been caught out. i got a swimsuit and a cardi that i am not sure about keeping, but i didn't read the smallprint on the invoice and assumed i had up to 3 months to return them, but it seems with sale stuff, its only a week for a refund. any later than that its exchange or credit note instead. bugger, i can see me ending up keeping them after all.

did you get any proof of posting etc to trace the parcel?, i think a trace would have to be done from your end, not theirs

Yes I've got proof of postage. I spoke to someone today but didn't ask what would happen as it's missed 7 day deadline. Really don't want exchanges.

if you have proof of postage then it's not your fault if you've missed the 7 days, so they should still refund imo.
