Robust cassette/cd player for children
LipstickMum · 13/09/2004 17:00
I'm looking for a children's cassette player for my dd. They seem quite hard to find, I thought Fisher Price (or someone similar) used to make them. Now with the advent of cd's and Pop Idol, all I seem to find are cd only players or karaoke machines!
Ideally, I would like a cassette/cd player, preferrably without the microphone. Something that my dd can use herself in time, she's 15 months.
Thanks

We ad an ELC one which was goo d- well till DD dropped it from a great height (15 foot!!) = we replaced it with one in Italy but they donlt sell them over here but the ELC one I am sure wouldbe great - it was colourful but had a microphone - think the majority do though!!

another vote for elc (about £15), tho we have the elc walkman - even better as you can plug your child in and don't have to listen to the mind-numbing tapes yourself!
