Anyone drive a Lexus R400 hybrid?

What are they like?

What mpg do you typically get?

Am thinking of swapping my car for one of these, as there is nil CC as it is a hybrid, and goes a bit faster than a Prius or GWhizz

I'd really fancy one of those myself... anyone????

we looked at it but decided to go for a BMW X5 instead (whoops!!) but I do drive a Prius so it all balances out. Dont live in London but I drive into it a few times a year - didnt realise you had to pay to register the Prius in the first place - in order to get free congestion charge - what a rob!!

Test drove one (very nice!!)and came very close to buying one. What put me off was that they advertise c.35 mpg and an over enthusiastic salesman told me that on a good run he could get 31mpg! Depends on where you are driving I suppose, but my 5 year old Audi was getting an average of 43 at the time and the drop was too much!
